We are offering solutions for the processing of very light aerated dough with a specific weight below 0,2 kg/liter but also for much heavier dough.
The challenge in depositing aerated dough is to maintain the sensitive structure through the whole depositing process. OKA’s patented single-piston depositing systems meets this criteria.
